There is also one more thing that can help with remineralization - low current electricity, between 1 and 2 Mghz. Spot has to be stimulated with it for about 20 minutes a day. There were cases, where it even grew new teeth after extraction. I think, our bodies should get enough nutrients too though for that to happen. Medical establishments actually use machines given out by prescription with this current for people with broken bones to help them heal faster, and they can help for some people to avoid amputation (in cases where bones refuse to fuse together and then infection sets in.)
Now the interesting thing is, that most miracle healings occur, where sustained awareness is put on the body part, that needs healing, which if you try, you can see, that if you focus on any of your body part without thoughts (meditation kind of way), it starts tingling, so it is possible, that it creates similar current.
Maybe using mineral rich diet and supplements plus daily awareness focusing (or electric stimulation) would be the best way to heal teeth (and anything.)
